Stronger vanilla flavour in food products

Designed for the bakery and confectionery markets, Govanil transforms the way consumers taste and perceive vanilla and sweet notes in pastries, cookies, cakes, creams and chocolate, thanks to its outstanding organoleptic and functional qualities.

Combining a rare intensity, up to 20 percent more intense than standard vanilla flavours, and a note that provides a unique, long-lasting effect on the palate, Govanil significantly boosts a wide range of other flavours, including butter, egg, biscuit, caramel and fruit.

Its unique taste allows for fat or sugar contents in bakery and confectionery recipes to be compensated, therefore offering a high value-added component for industrial food applications.

A natural grade is also available, in line with growing natural trend in food.
