Originating as a cheese grating and airdrying business more than 50 years ago, the current owners bought Vika in 1974 and moved production from Soest to Mijdrecht four years later. The cheese powder side of the business developed from here, and as business grew, so did the need for bigger production facilities.
Moving to a former milk powder factory in Ede in 1989, where our company still remains today, Vika introduced processed cheese in 1995 and the stock business emerged shortly after.
Vika's Head Office and main production site are based in the Netherlands. With a production plant in Belgium, a sales office in the UK and agents covering Europe and the rest of the world, we are proud to be a multinational organisation. Vika has customers in 36 countries.
